Disgusted with cellc

I'm really disappointed with cellc I have been waiting for 3weeks for my phone to be blacklisted ........firstly I was hospitalised after my hijacking and these people wanted information from me that I could not remember......they asked me to go into a store to blacklist my phone ......I then went into the cellc store at n1 city to blacklist my phone .......and low and behold I'm am now waiting a month ..........this is very frustrating as I work on the road so my life has to stand still while they take a whole month to blacklist my phone.........my insurance won't replace my phone until I have that number .. ....after numerous calls and countless visits back to the store .....still I'm left without my reference number or what ever number it is I'm supposed to get .......so I'm really saddened more so I'm disgusted that I was told to go the store when I'm in hospital........clearly these people are very ********
