Disgusted with Cell ....taking my money twice

I am absolutely frustrated and disgusted that Ccell C deduct my account twice..that is **********. They take double from my account ..of R 4200.....imagine they take my money that I have to pay other accounts for and give a damn about it...that is ublnacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!
