Disgusted with Cell C

I cancelled my contract with Cell C on the 16th August 2019. I went to their offices on the 30th September 2019 as the contract was not cancelled. Even after speaking to two ladies the contract was still not cancelled. Got a call on the 9th October 2019 to say that the contract was cancelled but not back dated. As at today Cell C has not made any effort to contact me regarding the cancellation confirmation as at 16 August 2019 and I also have a billing issue. Each time I enquire I keep on being told they are still working on it. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SORT OUT AN ISSUE? They have even listed me as a bad payer because I reversed the incorrectly billed debit orders. No one is taking responsibility nor are they even trying to assist with the problem.

The services received are appalling. I will not recommend Cell C to anyone. Stay away. DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!
