disgusted with cell c

disgusted!! i made an incorrect eft to my cell c account of R2500. I called on the 1_May 2019 and i spoke to Tumi who was very helpfull. i was told that an email was send to the department that does the reversals, and that it will take up to 7 business days for my money to be reversed. Got an sms with case number.

Today (13may2019) i call them again and spoke with Phendili who said that my case has not been resolved yet i asked to speak with teamleader. My call was then transfered to Mr Khumalo "the teamleader" who said theres nthing he can do beyond that point. So i adv him but the turnaround time was 7 business days. And i need this funds to pay my medical aid acc. And all he could say was that he understands but they still busy with my case. ***!!! i was the one who had to ask him wil you atleast esc this matter and ask the credit department how far they are with my case and get back to me. then only he said oh yes we did that just now!!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! bt u a teamleader
