Disgusted service from Cell C

After I got confirmation from Thabisile Ngcobo that both accounts for data were paid and closed I get a returned debit order on my closed account once again. I can't even get a cell phone contract for this ****, so where is the customer service that was supposed to be given to me. I have 4 contracts with Cell C and I must say I am very upset with how I am being treated now. This is disgusting service on a whole and all you get is I am sorry but not understanding I am being rated as a bad payer and I also cannot get another contract. I honestly feel like closing my accounts and giving my business to another supplier that will treat me as a good customer as I know I am
