DISGUSTED SERVICE

I had a contract with Cell c which I paid up on the 27th May 2022

They sent me a closing balance of R0.00 on the 03 June 2022 to my surprise it showed I still owe them.

I called on the 26 Oct 2022 and explained to the consultant what's happening she said she going to send me a cash reference and they will be in contact with me.

I called back the following tuesday and was I not shocked that the case reference doesn't even exit LIKE HOW!!!!!

I Spoke to that consultant and she gave me her email and I forwarded my banking receipt and the email they sent me she said Okay you going to have a paid up letter Friday 4th November 2022 and gave me another case reference.

I called Friday the 4th and me not being shocked anymore the agent said the case reference doesn't EXIT AGAIN AND ON TOP OF THAT THIS AGENT ADVISE ME TO GO TO A CELL C STORE TO GET A PAID UP LETTER WHEN SHE VERY WELL KNOW YOU CANT DO THAT..

IM TOTALLY DISGUSTED AT THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT I'VE ENCOUNTERED TILL TODAY NO PAID UP LETTER FROM CELL C...ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND TODAY IM ADVISE TO CALL AGAIN!!!!!

CELL C WHAT MUST I DO TO GET A PAID UP LETTER FROM YOU??????
