Disgusted service

Good day. I will not what so ever recomment Cell C. I cancelled two contracts last year and still get billed for it every month. I have paid the cancellation fee on two phones. I have send them proof of payment, they have phoned me to sort it out and it has never been updated. How incompetend can employees be? Really think twice before choosing Cell C. I am disgusted with their service.
