I am extremely disappointed with the outbound call center agent named Talent. Not only did she hang up on me, but she was also rude throughout the call. I asked her a simple question, and she took out her frustration on me on a Friday. Disappointing. Please remove my details from your database, Cell C. I will never use your product if this is how your outbound advisors try to get business. What would the after-sale service be like if this is the kind of behavior you allow? g

21 Jun 2024, 09:09I would like a formal apology from Cell C. According to POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), I'd like to know where you obtained my phone number. I haven't used Cell C for over 7 years and never gave consent for you to call me on my new number, which I've only had for just over a year.

Like are you guys serious with how you resolving this clearly I'm not being heard so I'll take this up with the popia tribunal seeing that you'd rather have legal repercussions.

21 Jun 2024, 10:17oh before I forget when I ask him whether he listened to the call he **** saying he did and the fact that he was unaware why his calling me says alot about how you handle complaints and the fact that he hung up the call in me again really upset me.
