Kindly note that I have requested numerous times to have the contract cancelled. I was told in the store that I must call the contact centre and they are opened from Monday to Fridays. I have called them numerous times and was told that they device is not booked in and therefor the contract cannot be cancelled.When I left the router at the store and advising them that I want the contract cancelled I requested something on writing that I left the device there. I was told that it will be locked away and they do have cameras in the store. Also note that I will not be liable for any legal costs in regards to this matter. In terms of the consumer protection act I ,the consumer ,must within 5 business days of the latter of the date on which the transaction or agreement was entered into or the date on which the goods were delivered to the consumer, advise the supplier in writing or another recorded manner and form that he is rescinding the agreement , which I did when I walked in to the store and the employees refused to acknowledge my request. I as a consumer am not only entitled to return the goods due to a defect but may return within 5 days the goods should I wish to rescinded -
