Disgusted in Cell C

<p>On the 18th of August 2016 at 09h44 am I sent my cancelation letter as well as my proof of payment through to Cell C via email to ********** – The amount was for R2362.21 on the dot. Cell C then goes and debits my account on the 27th of September 2016 again for the exact same amount that I already paid, that being 40 days after me sending all my documentation through… My account being paid up to date as well as my number being converted to pre-paid…. I am on another network (and very happy as well) I called Cell C on the 27th the 28th the 29th and the 30th of September 2016 and all I hear is that the matter is being investigated… I mean really… What needs to be investigated???? R2362.21 is a lot of money to just be removed out of my account. This is say is very negligent as Cell C needed to check their records before making errors like this.</p> <p>I am not able to pay my rent this month due to Cell C messing up my account and this is reflecting negative on my bank statement which I don’t appreciate at all. As a single parent with two kids I feel this is totally unacceptable… How do I tell / explain to my kids that we will have no place to stay due to me not being able to pay my rent.</p> <p>I will not recommend Cell C to anyone what so ever.</p> <p>I would appreciate if this matter can be sorted out ASAP.</p> <p> </p>
