Disgusted Cell C

I must say this is the most appalled service I received. I was charged twice on a debit order cause for some reason my payment could not be located. I'm very disgusted, the money was suppose to go towards a trip I planned for pensioners and now due to cell c I have to disappoint them. All because someone couldn't do their job properly. They could deduct my money so fast but take years to get it back. I want my money and not waiting 7 days.
