disgusted by their service delivery

i have app**** for a contract...was told i qualify and will receive my package in a weeks time.its been three weeks already and when i call their consultants are so rude they hang up on me.want to cancel the contract before they start debiting my account. i'm so ****ed and dissapointed with their service delivery.empty promises and if they debit my account without me getting my package ill sue their asses
