Disgusted by their poor service

Almost a week since I'm waiting on cell c they escalating my problem what's to escalate I was supose to receive my data and airtime for November which I did nt receive telling me I used it when in fact I didn't then they went on telling me I forfeited it since I canceled my contract funny enough my night data was not forfeited they can't even give u proper response like they dnt know what they doing I'm very disappointed in them after being with them since 2009
