Disgusted by Service provided

I booked my phone for the first time in March for repairs, till today the matter is not sorted out. I have escalated the matter to CEO Complaints to handle but all i get is i will call you back. My Z10 phone has been repeatedley giving me problems and i have been issued with refurbished phones 3 time already. I told Cell C that i do not want the phne anymore as it is unrealiable. After being sent pillar to post it was finally agreed that the phone will be exchanged to a Z3. This was 2 months ago. They have sent Z10 phone to Keywest branch twice already after i was promised a Z3. I do not understand such incompetency and utter ignorance to customer service. it is May now and still this matter is not resolved. I'm disgusted to say the least on the way Cell C handles its customers. I have 10 friends and families who are on contract with Cell C and non of them get any satisfaction with their service.
