DISGUSTED BY CELLC AND THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE

I'm hoping that my review will get noticed. On 22nd November my 1 contract with CellC ended , I've contacted them to advice them that I'm not interested in an upgrade. Paid my normal bill in November whice I understood. Then come December and they billed me again a whole R500 and something. Keep in mind the 2nd time before my December bill I've contacted them again and I spoke to 1 sales agent and she then offered me a Huawei Pura70 , again I made it known to her that I'm not interested but I atleast took the time out to listen to her and all the options she gave me. Keep in mind that this agent told me that they are having huge problems with their courier company.meaning that deliveries are delayed , the best part of it all a day later I received an SMS that said that my package will be delivered the next day and then I contacted the Customer care line immediately to ask them which package is being delivered and they told me that ive been Upgraded. An Upgrade that I did not give any consent for at all, so without my Permission they were able to upgrade me but for some reason it seems like they cannot cancel my contract. I've been phoning them about 3 or 4 times in December and still they are failing to cancel my contact. Their main goal.is to only make a sale and satisfying the customer is not their priority. I know hoe the sales world work. I know about incentives. I know these things.

For the month of January they again billed me again for a contract hat I've canceled with them. This is the worst type of service that I've ever had with a service provider. I'm actually disgusted by their service, their lack of customer service.

From my side is there anything that I can do....I've phoned them I've done my part....it's not like I have a system where I can cancel things on my end , if I could it would've made my life way better.

CellC really needs to do better. They need to train their staff on better customer service
