DISGUSTED BY CELLC

I have been requesting a paid-up letter for over 2 months now. This has financial implications, as my credit score is eroding to levels where I can't even relocate. This is terrible, and I am livid.

I have received misinformation, and I think to a certain degree POPAI has also been violated. Called everyday, only to be patronized on the line, with consultants lying to me. Some were embarrassed, but some were just RUDE.

This company is appalling. I am honestly disgusted. I don't see myself ever doing business with these people.
