Disgusted by Cell c treatment!

I have been a customer of cell for over 10 years now. I have taken 5 contracts with them and have been paying them all these years using the same bank and they have been debiting my account on the same day. In March this year they started calling harassing me saying one of my accounts was in arreas and I have not paid since December 2020. I asked them how did this happen because they are suppose to be debiting my account and also, how did they manage to debits for the other contracts and were not on this one. No one could give me an answer.

To begin with, their call center people are rude and are not well trained to speak to the customers, they did not have any information about me and could not even tell me which of my contracts they were referring to. I have called cell c almost every day to get this matter resolved and no one is willing to help. I keep getting told "we will investigate and call you back". Whilst waiting to be called backed, I receive a call from another person from cell c telling me this time that my contract has been terminated and my account has been handed over to their legal department!

At this point I am very angry and frustrated with cell c, I'm appalled at how they treat their customers! At no point did I tell cell c to stop debiting my account, someone from their side made a mistake and now I'm made to pay for it. I feel bul**** and very very angry, if I could I would terminate all my contracts with cell c. They are a joke!
