Disgusted by Cell C and their attitude towards their paying customers
Cell Worst company to deal with - Shocking Sevice / Lack Proffessional ettiquete / Zero Customer service protocols!!!!!!!!
I have been a client for of years and only because of the great staff in stores but head office is a totally different ball game !Beacuse i am complaining trying resolve an issue the manager proceeds to tell me i cannot afford my contract and then proceeds to shout at me and tells me he will now part ways with me !!!!! I have been waiting for an exculation from a higher power it has now been over a week and no one has contacted me even though i have literlly phoned every day to follow up . Disgusted by their attitude and they think customers are an irritation .!!!!!!!!!!
