Disgusted by Cell C

I am profoundly disgusted with Cell C, especially within this Lockdown period, Cell C suspended my contract after not having enough money in my bank and missing my debit order amount with R20, i had to wait for my Ters money which was paid in on the 20th July. They suspended my contract on the 20th and said that i have to forward them a proof of payment (while my contract was suspended, by the way) and then they will unsespend my contract. I forwarded the proof of payment eventually the following day. On the 7th they deducted the new months debit, and yet still my contract has not been unsuspended. CELL C YOU ARE THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER EVER AND I WONDER IF YOU ARE AWARE THAT YOU ARE CURRENTLY *****ING FROM ME, I DEMAND A REFUND FROM THE 20TH JULY 2020!!!!!
