DISGUSTED BY CELL C
Actually Cell C doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
On 13.10.2022 I received a paid-up letter from Cell C for an account which they conveniently did not debit - then on another one of my accounts they had a credit of more than R300.00 - which they held onto. I was then handed over for collection . When I queried it - they eventually sent me a paid-up letter dated 13.10.2022 - the matter was being handled by Palesa. This morning I received a call from Shapiro, Shaik and De Vries - and it is about the same account. Does Cell C know what its doing? If there is any listing with the credit bureau currently for me - as I am in the job market and this has a negative impact on me securing another job - Cell C will be held liable for their incompetence!!
