DISGUSTED BY CELL C!!!!!

this not even worth the typing, but i have ti get this out. I am utterly disgusted by the level of service or the lack there off. So its lockdown in march due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and we're all at home, needing your phone and data to stay in touch with the updates from work, and suddenly your newly bought phone (7 months) suddenly says no card phone. No this sim card was never taken out of the phone, the days that message appeared on my phone was the 1st time the sim card slot was opened. Now because of the national lockdown i could not go to cell c to sort this out i also could not call their call centre, when the restrictions got lowered we called them, and thats when cell c what they do best, 'speel dom', 'sorry ma'm there is a 60 day window and you have to go to the shop to do a sim swap,'how the f#@ck was i suppose to know about the 60 day window, how the F@#ck was i suppose to know the piece of **** sim card that cell c sold me was gonna malfunction, now i have to pay an additional R 150 to get a sim swap done, while i've been struggling to get this piece of **** sorted out for the past 7 months and paying my contract not missing one f@#cking payment, but not getting my data, minutes or sms's ????what the f@#ck is the R150 for? for the past 7 months we've been sent from one cell c shop to another, and from one consultant on the phone to another , i've never dealt with such incompetence in my life. Cell c is the worst network ever designed, they should just pack up and go. f@#$cking bunch of ******* if you ask me, if i did something to the phoned that resuloted in the sim card malfunctioning i would've understand and gladly pay the R150, but i didn't, you f@#$king sold me a ****ty sim card that malfuntioned now i have to pay for your stupidity and lack of delivering good service and goods??????????/
