DISGUSTED BY CELL C

Poor service absolutely pathetic. I just needed to do a simple sim swap, when a sim card was purchased from Campus square mall the branch manager there advised all is in order and to call through to customer care upon calling customer care a number of times I'm told the sim card was not even scanned at the warehouse. when i called to speak to the manager i was told he did not like the attitude of the person i sent to get me a sim card and that i need to be in store to do a sim swap that would be a first for me. i am absolutely disgusted by the out come of this and felt Isiah was very rude and disrespectful and spoke over me as a client he should not be in service industry if he has no passion for it. DISGUSTED ....
