DISGUSTED

hi my name is zoliswa i bought a 1*combo simlock mobicell rave gold ref no-*** which cost about R373.04 on th 8/09/2021 @ about 16:33 and the phone came with benefits and was advise if the benefits are not loaded needs to come back to the shop 6 months after have been to the nearest cell c shop with all my receipts original phone,box and simcard to claim my benefits that came with the phone was sent frm pillar to post they branch say i must call customer care and customer care say i must contact the branch last visit was sanlam centre branch wher the guy there advise me cell c does not sell mobicell phones and when he checked the system said no records of any benefits on simcard i feel im being made stupid/treated unfairly,no compassion,of the transport money i have been using,i actually feel disgusted about cell c and was sold a dream, misleading adverti*****t can somebody come back to me on *** ASAP before i take this any further Invoice no-ECPFGAC0011IN***
