Disgusted at Cell C doesn't pay to be lotal

<p>I'm utterly disgusted at cell c right now, my debit order goes off on the last day of the month as per my instruction and these people debit me the day before, the reason I'm so irate is that now after meticulously conducting my cheque account in a good manner these people deduct money the day before with no notice whatsoever and now I'm must foot the bill for their lack of consideration upon informing me in advance I'm not going to sit back and bear the brunt of</p> <p>tt heir ridiculous demeanor, I want a formal letter stating that it was their gamut and they must furnish me with a formal letter stating so, I'm sick of being an absolute five star customer and to be treated like this in return, today is the last day of the month so they should have debited today as my bank allows me to put in fund seven on the day if the debit, do cell c is now paid via eft so they cannot say they haven't receive payment for July and I did this to show that I honour my accounts do they must honour their customers and follow proper client instructions , I'm highly frustrated and will not be renewing with cell c in three months as my contract will be over </p>
