Disgusted as hell

Am not happy with how my data has been taken by cellc themselves I bought the 6 months 50GiGs It worked only for a month and I called to asked about the issue. All they did was take my problem and gave me a case number When I call for a follow up they say they don't recognize me I don't pass the security check all the time ever since I logged the case

I got another 50gigs November 2021 Today its the 21st of December am left with 4gigs from 50 in 2months data is all gone Am gonna call again I won't be recognised After so many years with them am just a nobody today
