Disgusted, appalled!!!

<p>In August last year I took out a cell phone contract with Cell C. My debit for the contract was R 449. All of a sudden in January my account was being debited for the amount of R 548. When I queried this I was told that I subscribed to a service called "Get More". I have no idea what this is and asked them to stop this service and reimburse by additional debits. </p> <p>After numerous phone calls,emails and visits to the store my account is still being debited for R 548. This is extremely unacceptable. </p> <p>In additon to this I have not been receiving my monthly statements as they have the incorrect physical address. Again after numerous calls, emails and visits to the store my street name is still spelt incorrectly.</p> <p>Since porting my number from MTN to Cell CI am unable to do internet or cell phone banking as I cannot receive the sms's for pins . I've been to Cell C, MTN and my bank and still no one can tell me what the problem is.</p> <p>The experience with Cell C has left a very bad taste in my mouth. They say hindsight is 20/20, if I had known I would have stuck with my original service provider.</p> <p>I would like a competent representative from Cell C to contact me urgently as I would like these matters to be resolved immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>Marvin Goodwin </p> <p> ********** </p> <p> </p>
