Disgusted and embarrassed

<p>I am absolutely disgusted and embarrassed to be apart of Cell C...I have had nothing but ISSUES with them since Dec 2015 and it just seems to be getting worse...My cellphone recently stopped working,it just would not go on.I then booked my device ( job card clc*** )in,in perfect condition only to get it back a few weeks later stating that I had a device exchange as they could not resolve the fault yet there was a chip on the device which was not there when i booked it in.I was then told by a unfriendly and not very willing to assist manager in one of the stores that I had to book it in again as there is nothing they can do...I wasnt happy but I booked it in again (job card clc ***) . I waited another few weeks...keeping in mind that still my debit order for a phone i didnt have was still going off!!!I then recieve a message stating my device is ready for collection only to find that I was given the exact same device and to make matters worse there is a red/pink light on my device when my screen is black or a darker shade!!!!!</p>
