Disgusted and dissapointed

I'm so dissapointed with this company and looking at yhe reviews it tells me it's not good doing business with them,I app**** for a phone online,it's a Samsung galaxy A32,application was approved,I was told the phone will be delivered to me,ok on Monday the 19th of September 2022,I received a mesage that my phone was going to be delivered the same day I must make sure I'm home,didn't go to work waiting for the phone and nothing,when I called to query they said my cell number is an 083 number which I told them no,going forward on Tuesday the 20th I get another mesage that the delivery is happening that day,I left someone to receive the package,I got a mesage that I must approve a debit check of R889,00,I was shocked cause I know monthly I'm gonna ba R300 and some odds,called the center nobody could tell me why so much money,mostly it was assumptions from their consultants,the last person I spoke to on the 22nd is Mbali who said she's gonna ask her manager to call me,it's the 23rd at 16:43 no call as yet,on the 22nd I used up R200 of airtime still no answers,when I arrived home on the 23rd I get the delivered package but to my shock it's a sim card which I never app**** for,I called again today wanting to know what's happening still being put from puller to post nobody can tell me what's up,I've never been so disgusted with a company like this one cause realy they are prepared to take a debit order of 889 for a sim card,hay no cell c im shocked or is it a way of soliciting money from people im ****ed
