Cell C Customer Care Case Number : ***, *** I've beeeeeeeeen emailing Cell C regarding my case for approximately 2 years now, I've written on this platform countless times and I still have not had my case resolved.....of the 3 ********** accounts opened in my name one still shows that it's active on my credit record and I've been pleading with them to have this removed as it is a bad reflection. 3 years of my life have been ruined because of your low security measures of ensuring ***** does not happen but I suffer for it and you do bare minimum to rectify that. Needless to say ICASA did not assist at all, Lwazi Myeza was useless when I called on ICASA for help.
