Disgusted

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>I'll have my story put into a nutashell. Back in Feb 2016 I had lost my job, having 4 lines with cell c and recently before that I upgraded my service and mobile handset. However a few months later I have lost my job I already been having issues with cell c but this was the last! I requested a callback to have a payment plan arranged (when losing my job)however yet no call back has been made to me ever since upto this date. this lead to my number being permanently deleted due to no payments being received after 90days if I am correct as per their policy i have have been emailing them on a regular basis to inform them of my situation. Also payments have been deducted from my account as per normal and still is. I desperately need help! and i hope this gets Cell C attention and that they contact me ASAP</p>
