Disgusted

<p>i am disgusted and appaled by csurance and cell c. i phoned in to both companies to get help on how to claim for my phone to be fixed a cracked screen, i was informed by both that my details do not appear on their system and that i do not have any insurance with them. this surprised me because about a year or two ago, i had called in to have my screen fixed and it was done but now all of a sudden i am not a client of theirs.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i checked my bank statement, monthly the insurance contribution comes off my account. i decided to cancel the debit because i am paying for zero. i am so ****ed, i cant wait for my contract with cell c to come to an end in the next few months and i will be done with unprofessional people who are just ripping people off.</p>
