<p>I dont have a problem with people not having answers, but how can the ****** call centre agent put the phone down on me, while i needed answers the least she couldve done is to tell me she doesn't know....I called 084140 choose option 9 around 20:11 call duration 34mins. Im really disappointed as a new subscriber. Dealing with people with attitude its a such a nightmare!</p>
