Disgusted

<p>I cancelled my account with Cell C three years ago. I did this telephonically, on email and on sms. Today I get a call from a debt collection company to say that I have been handed over by Cell C. That I am registered on the credit Bureau. I have not received any notice, I do not owe any money yet on numerous occasions Cell C tried to take over five thousand rand at a time out of my banking account. Changing the figure by a cent or two if they could not get it right. This for an account that had been closed. I tried calling Cell C only to be told I need to speak to their legal department. I sat for over an hour today listening to music supposedly the legal department are either too busy to answer calls or are all on lunch or totally not interested. I will be going to my local police station to lay a charge of ***** and defirmation of character. They have ruined my credit rating and I am livid. I am also told by an employee that this happens all the time. I think this is totally disgusting and feel that as CellC have tarnished my name I will tarnish there's by going to the press to tell my story.</p>
