DISGUSTED

<p>i have heard of the issues people have with CELL C. but i did not think CELL C is this ridiculous.</p> <p>i had an existing contract of which was R159pm. after about 12 months, they deduct R209pm WHY???</p> <p>that contract then ended (Thank goodness) but still keeping the faith i upgraded. This contract is now R***Xpm, and i am been chared R***xpm. i ahve made several calls and have a ton of ref numbers and sms's that i am been attended to only to have received no feedback 6 month later.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>i was also contacted and told i was been sent a new cellphone, &nbsp;to cancell of this existing contract, ended up been an entirely new contract, when this was found out the next day and money deducted from my account, i sent the cellphone back and cancelled the contract, MONEY IS STILL BEEN DEDCUTED FROM MY ACCOUNT, and now CELL C has suspended my active live because i refuse to pay for something returned.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>i am an elderly woman, and i do not need this kind of stress, i am now going to media, soicial &amp; the news papres with my distress. i will let everyone know how pathetic CELL C is and can not assist their clients.&nbsp;</p> <p>next stepm is to contact the newspapers and tell my story.</p> <p>i want the voice recordings of all my calls, all the people that ever said this was going to be escalated.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>CELL C you are just a troublesome network and a curse to deal with.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>disgutsed.</p>
