I DO NOT want to deal with your incompetency anymore. How do I go about cancelling the following contract - I have found a MUCH cheaper data provider. Cell phone number: ********** 997

26 Mar 2019, 15:32Needed to do a sim swop because my daughter lost my data sim yesterday. Very unpleasant call consultant was very quick to tell me she wont do the swop because my account is in arrears. Would not listen to reason that my bank account was debited yesterday already for the outstanding.
But this is just the cherry on the cake. I now have UNLIMITED 4G data for R300 a month from a different provider, so why would I want this contract? So when can I cancel this contract? Unless you can beat this offer?
