Disgusted!!!

For the past 3+ years I have been a loyal cell c customer. I have never missed a single debit and I never expected such incompetence from your staff member.

I called on Friday to take an offer on a Mecer Laptop, I called today to check if I had made the right decision. I spoke to 2 agents who were unable to assist and I kept being transferred from one arear to the next.

I called for the second time and spoke to a Thabo, he transferred me to julianna choonilall who is the perfect epitome of incompetence. I asked for product specs for laptop and she tells me that she will not be held accountable as she will get the information from google.

I advised that I need accurate information, she said she couldn't give it to me. I asked to speak to her manager and she advised that all the managers are in a meeting. I stated that I would hold because I knew it is an excuse that *********** people make. She told me that I can't hold because there are other customers holding. Eventually after asking to speak to her for over 15 minutes a Taryn Fortuin took the call and told me that it was not her arear and cannot assist as it was not her arear. I advised that as you deal with sales you should be able to surely tell me more about what you are selling. She was too interested in sending it to the relevant team leader for cancellation.

I asked her if cell c would rather lose a customer instead of giving me the product specifications. So in a nutshell I found the experience horrific and I learned that both management and staff at Cell c lack accountability. They want to pass the buck to the next person.

I thereafter get a call from The sales agent who assisted me in taking the contract and she said she received my request to cancel my application. my request was for product specs, not cancellation.

Both Taryn and Julianna lack listening s****s, they are quick to interrupt and conveyed the request to cancel before my actual request for products specs.
