Disgusted!!!

I signed up for two contracts with cell c of which one is a cell contract and the other is a ‘router / data’ contract.

In May I called and requested the settlement amount for the cellphone contract of which I received and settled the acc. Ever since then they have been debing way more than they should and whenever I call them ita always “you being charged for out of data bundles” imagine a while 1600 for data bundles how when I have a cap. June got billed 850 July got billed 1000 and was told the settlement amount was wrong how when I received the settlement amount from Them and confirmation taht my contract has been cancelled ? From the time I settled the acc they were only supposed to debit 299 going forward. I am so furious at this! And their *********** team is of no help they ****** me of over a lot of money claiming it’s “out of data bundles” I am so disgusted at the service!

If you looking to take up a contract with them think again, try other networks. Cell c is full of excuses! I am canceling and my second contract with them and signing up with Telkom it’s way cheaper anyways! And I will surely be reversing that debit order every single month they debit way over I mean from 299 to 1000? How? Nxa! Useless network
