DISGUSTED
To Cell C I have been a customer of yours since 2010 Receieved a contract and done numerous upgrades since I am now due for an upgrade and I am told I owe R4k from 2002 on a number I never ever used therefore am unable to do an upgrade - 22 years later? Are you kidding me I have asked numerous times for this Contract in question with my signature to no avail I have asked for a manager to contact me for a week now and no calls but calls from your call centre to upgrade???? Service is absolutely appalling - is this how a long term customer gets treated??? Utterly disgusted!
