My sister's phone has been switched off after she paid her contract in full and when she laid her complain they told her that it would be switched on in the next 24 hours. Two days after she went to the cell c store and the concultant said that its not her prob after my sister showed het the proof of payment. she finaly got hold of the main cell c manager and his response was that she just has to keep quiet and pay her contract and that its not his problem and then just put the phone down in her ear. To crown it all he sends her an email that said she must pay again.
