DISGUSTED
Last year December i had cancelled 1 of my contracts with Cell C due to bad service and not giving me proper information, my last payment was now End January but not the full payment but for prorata from 1st Jan to 11 Jan when my contract ended. This morning i get a notification of the debit order only to find out they have taken the full amount and have taken extra money off from my other 2 contracts. I have never experienced such poor service and that without notifying or informing me. Extra money have been taken and i am not happy at all
