Disgruntled customer

My contract got suspended for no apparent reason. Cell C decides to have a rude call center personnel call me on a Saturday morning,she did not even listen to me she went on saying that my account is in arrears. Mind you the arrears are created by them debiting my account when I have already paid them cash. I've spent the weekend with bared calls yet I've made payment. This really has caused and inconvenience for me and it's unacceptable. I cannot keep paying for a bounced debit order when I've already paid for my services. I'm very disappointed with how they're going about not listening to their customers. I'm very mad at this cos having my services suspended yet you've made payment is the pits
