Disgruntled Consumer

I have been billed numerous amounts and numerous times with regards to my cellphone account with Cell C and this has been so frustrating sorting out as the call centres have employed individuals who have not been in a position to assist me and have sent me from pillar to post. This seems to be a problem with MTN and Cell C I think I am going to cancel my contracts with both service providers and go to Vodacom.
