Disgruntled at the least

I have been a cell c customer going on for years now. And about a year back was called to have my contract upgraded with fantastic sales skills from the rep over the phone i reluctantly agreed. Ever since i recieved a massive issue with the hsndset which wad sent in to repairs twice and finally replaced only to find the replacement thst i recieved wad none the better. After sending the replacement back the case went dead until i posted an add on hello peter. Thats when lungi called me up with alot of **** promises but nothing came through. I then contacted cell c about the querry and they say that they do not have a complaints team and have no record of what i am saying. Two weeks later they found the details but said they would get back to me. Today i call cell c and they do not have any records about this querry. Cell c is turning in to a circus at this point i would be happy to walk away without askung for a refund of al the months that i could not use the service if they would just let me. And did i forget to mention the countless broken promises made and the fact that feedback has never been passed back in a timely manner.
