Disgraceful Service from Slindokuhle

<p>I've been a Cell C client for about 3years now. I have just had the worst service i have ever recieved from a company, thus after stating my facts to them. </p> <p>I have x2 Ref numbers with Cell C: ***. The first one i was given by an agent called Nkosinami with regards to a network/connection problem i have. This was done on the 28th April and i was advised to expect feedback within 24-48 hours, this has not been done yet. I have just completed the most frastrating call with an agent called Slindokuhle who reports to Thembisile Tshabalala. I was kept on the line for 20minutes only to get feedback that all team leaders are in a meeting. The reason why i requested to speak to one is the fact that i was told to send an email that will take 7working days for me to get feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want my contract cancelled with these people. Horrible service at it's worst.</p>
