Disgraceful Opportunists!!!

Hi Cell C,

Please can you explain how a 1 day Pro-Rata charge is more that my entire monthly bill! Firstly I dont know why I would be Pro-Rata charged for 1 day considering I still have plenty data and minutes on my open line unlimited package. The you have the audacity to tell me that 1 day costs more than my entire subscription package for a whole month.

Again this is typical of Cell C's exploitation of there customers! Not a signed one of the 5+ people I have spoken to can even give me an answer. Same story of "let me see whats happening on your account and I will call you back"

Cell C has lost me as a customer, I would rather pay Vodacom's absorbent prices knowing that I probably get better customer service .

I would tell anyone to stay away from Cell C, there affordable prices aren't worth the headache when something goes wrong with your account.
