Disdainful, Rude, Unhelpful Service

Due to retrenchment and a resulting salary decrease, I was forced onto debt review. This was more than 4 years ago. I have 3 contracts and have been upgrading with no issues. I upgraded two contracts just a few months ago. My 3rd is due now. Suddenly I am not suitable because I am on debt review. When I asked "How the Hell is this possible?", I was accused of using bad language and insulting the person on the phone. In fact he was extremely rude to me. I go 0 assistance to understand why I have the plague now. My debt review is almost up, that is how long I have been on debt review. They have taken my money with out issues. They have no reason to suddenly doubt me credit worthiness with them. Thye should look at my history to see that what I have said is the truth. Had they declined me over the last few years, then that would make sense. But to treat me like dirt and accuse me, the offended customer, with such disdain is disgusting. Cell-C should be ashamed!!
