DISCUSSED BY THEIR SERVICE BOTH WALK IN AND TELEPHONIC

on behalf of my husband-

they are really irritating *********** - their service sucks both call center and walk in in Woodmead (head office)

He upgrade is contract with them to a laptop deal and they gave him a faulty laptop. he has been calling their service line and they keep on revering him to the tech department which closed at 5 so he went to the customer center to return the laptop and he was advised since he upgraded via telephone he needs to call the call center to collect the laptop, he did that and he was referred to the manufacture of the laptop, that is a hole lot of BULL.

OH AND WAS ADVISED BY THE CUSTOMER CARE AGENT THAT "OH YES THOSE LAPTOPS ARE ISH"

so why sell ish.

bunch of unprofessional people and you cant even give them a bad rating after their call because they know how unhelpful they are.

it is now A month of calling them to collect their faulty ish.....

I mean really!! Who would want to pay for s**** a full 24 month.
