************** against Debt Review Cell C

I have been a customer with Cell C for 10 years, I have been under debt review for 4 years and my cellphone contracts is not a part of it. I have never missed a payment in ten years and have been upgrading my two contracts without issues for the last 4 years. This week when my upgrade is due, I am told I cannot upgrade due to my debt review status. Since when is this an issue, as for the last four years it was not an issue.
