I have been a loyal cell c customer since 2004. Never missed a payment on my account. This year when it was Time to upgrade I was informed that I can not have a new phone but only upgrade my airtime and data. The reason explained to me I am under dept review. I have a permanent work with sasol earning +_ R26000 a month. Never missed a payment on my cell c account. My cell c account payment is going through my bank account every month. I am feeling grieved as a cell c loyal customer. Since 2004 till now and that is how they treat me??????????
