Disconnected without warning or feedback
Cell C is refusing to allocate my credit card payment to my account. My account was paid using their own online PayFast payment facility, using a credit card, but they claim my account was not paid. I followed their instructions by sending proof of payment to the email provided. However, without any feedback and without warning they have now disconnected my account. This is the second time this has happened to me in 6 months, which proves that Cell C do not care about their customers and are just utterly ***********.
